Stay to Play Hotel Requirement

USSSA works through HBC Event Services to secure a wide variety of lodging partners. All out of town teams must book their rooms through HBC Event Services, or follow the housing opt-out instructions below. A minimum of 20 room nights per team is required (example: 5 rooms for 4 nights or any combination.)

We recognize that a variety of housing options exist, so the opt-out fee offers an alternative. After paying the opt-out fee, your team can stay wherever they would like (vacation home, condo, campsite, non-partner hotel, etc.). Click the button below to opt-out of the hotel requirements.

Please note that if you book a stay directly with a hotel or with a non-partner hotel, you will not be stay to play compliant.
